Psionic Energy Manipulation: Psylocke is able to create, shape, and manipulate psionic energy.

Blades : Psylocke was able to generate psionic blades.

Katana: Psylocke was able to charge her katana with psionic energy

Allowing her to inflict more damage and slice through more stuff like an entire car.

Whip: Psylocke can generate a whip made from psionic energy, as shown in her battle with Beast.

Improved Agility: Psylocke has demonstrated agility beyond that of ordinary humans.

Telepathy: Psylocke is a telepath and is able to manipulate the minds of others as she wishes.

It is unknown how powerful this ability is as she can create psychic energy.

Shadow Teleportation: Psylocke had the ability to teleport through shadows.

Mutant Detection: She can detect mutants near her.
