Intellectual property:

All texts, comments, books, illustrations and images reproduced on DISCOUNTOYS are reserved for copyright, intellectual property and worldwide. As such, and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only use for private use is permitted, subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the intellectual property code. Full or partial reproduction of the DISCOUNTOYS site is strictly prohibited.

Data protection:

All our shipments are done with the utmost discretion.

DISCOUNTOYS undertakes not to share your details with third parties, except for third parties involved in the execution of your order

(Carriers, banking). In the exceptional case of an unpaid or fraud of the means of payment, DISCOUNTOYS reserves the right to disclose all necessary data to the relevant police services or courts.

Right to access, rectification, deletion:

In accordance with sections 38 and following of amended Act 78-17, you can request access, modification or deletion of your data by sending an email to DISCOUNTOYS

Regarding the right of access:

Before you send you any personal data, we will ask you to provide us with proof of your identity.

If you are unable to prove your identity, we reserve the right to refuse to send you your personal data.

We strive to respond to these requests within a reasonable time frame.

Protecting minors:

The use of our site is reserved for adults. Any data collection that may be carried out from minors must be informed by the parental authority, which has the capacity to object to any treatment of such data.

The products offered on the DISCOUNTOYS website are collectibles (although they may be the origin of "toys") and are intended EXCLUSIVEly for adults. We cannot be held liable if one of the products sold on our site was offered to a minor.


Product prices may be changed at any time by the company, except for any sale of a product entered into for the price displayed on DISCOUNTOYS

In the event of a clear typographical error, leading to the display of a "vile price", the sale may be cancelled, as mentioned in the article "Execution of the order".

The prices mentioned are in Euros, presented TTC and include the costs related to the processing of orders.

Delivery rates are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise stipulated during the ordering process. The various delivery options (accompanied by their rates) are presented during the ordering process and specified in the summary of the order process.

The payment of the entire price must be made at the latest at the delivery of the products, unless specified at the other time of the ordering process and mentioned on the invoice.

In the event of a delivery of products outside the French territory, customs taxes and formalities are the exclusive responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise stated. The Customer then undertakes to verify the import possibilities of the products ordered in relation to the territory of the country of delivery.

The products remain the property of DISCOUNTOYS until the price is fully collected by DISCOUNTOYS


Promotions that are offered with the use of a promotional code are conditional on the customer entering the code. Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes can only be used once per customer and are not cumulative.

Customer engagement:

By clicking on the "Validate" button at the end of the ordering process, the customer declares that he accepts the order and the full terms and conditions of sale.


You can place your orders over the internet only on the DISCOUNTOYS website

The company reserves the right to refuse the order for a "legitimate reason" (in the sense defined by the case law), and in particular (without this list being limited) in the event of unavailability of the product, inability to perform the service, abusive request of the customer, presumption of impossibility for the customer to contract or manifest intention for the customer to harm the company.

The company also reserves the right to refuse the order in the event of a clear typographical error leading to the display of a "vile price" at the time of the order placed by the customer. In the case of a difference in interpretation between "low price" and "vil price", concerning the price posted on the website at the time of the customer's order, the customer may request the intervention of a third party, as stipulated in the article "Applicable Law".

The order will be executed no later than 7 days beyond the expected delivery date of the product or service mentioned at the time of the order subject to the company's acceptance of the order.

An invoice will be automatically sent to the customer when ordering. This will be sent to the mel address indicated by the customer at the time of his order, unless otherwise stated on his part.


A product offered for sale by pre-order is a product that is not yet available on our premises.


The interest of a pre-order is that it offers the possibility of primarily booking a desired product at a price below or equal to the sale price at the time of its availability.

If you order products for pre-order, if you want to pay the full amount at the time of order choose your payment method (CB, bank transfer or check).

If you want to pay later, choose the payment method, ACOMPTE PRE-COMMANDE, in which case you must pay a down payment of 20 eur minimum per item for pre-order.

You will receive 2 to 3 weeks before the official release of the invoice, and will have up to 7 days once the item is in stock to pay the full. In case of non-payment 7 days after its arrival in stock, the pre-order will be cancelled without notice and the deposit will not be refunded!

Any order validated by "double click" implies irrevocable adherence to these terms and conditions of sale.

The "double click" associated with the authentication and non-repudiation procedure and the protection of the integrity of messages is an electronic signature. This electronic signature has value between the parties in the same way as a handwritten signature.

Unless there is evidence to the contrary, the data recorded by DISCOUNTOYS is evidence of all transactions made by DISCOUNTOYS and its customers.

For cheque payments, the order will remain valid for 7 days. After the order is validated, if the cheque has not reached us within 7 days, the order will be cancelled.


1. Payment terms:

You have several payment methods offering maximum security guarantees.

- By credit card: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard or Blue Card. In this case, the payment is made either with the secure payment system "PayPal". This implies that no banking information about you passes through the "DISCOUNTOYS" website. Payment by credit card is therefore perfectly secure; Your order will be registered and validated as soon as the payment is accepted. You can pay online with confidence by entering your credit card number and expiry date in designated locations or simply by giving your IDs if you have a PayPal account.

- By bank or postal cheque: The order will only be processed after cashing and validation by the paying body. We only accept cheques in euros, compensable in a French bank, at the order of "DISCOUNTOYS".

- By bank transfer. You have the option to make your payment by international transfer. The information required for the transfer is communicated to you on the site when you validate your payment method.

- It is possible to pay in cash, at our address: 16 rue de monttessuy 75007 Paris, so you will not pay the costs incurred during the shipment. Please contact us beforehand to agree on the terms and conditions.

2. Property reserve clause:

products remain the property of DISCOUNTOYS until the price is fully collected.

WARNING: Please let your bank know that all bank fees and commissions are your responsibility. We do not agree to pay bank fees or the sharing of these fees. Your order cannot be shipped if we are charged a bank fee.

3 Anti-fraud:

DISCOUNTOYS reserves the right to check the validity of the regulation, before the order is shipped, by any means that DISCOUNTOYS deems necessary (including the request for identification, proof of residence, etc.).

4. Failure to pay:

DISCOUNTOYSse reserves the right to refuse to execute a delivery or to honour an order from a consumer who has not paid a previous order in full or partially or with which a payment dispute is being administered.


Whether you order from France or abroad, we deliver you to your home. The delivery time includes the time it takes to prepare the package - the delivery time. The average time is 3 to 10 days for metropolitan France for a product mentioned "available" and 8 to 15 days for a product mentioned "to order". Warning: if you choose to pay by cheque, the order will only be processed after cashing and validating the cheque by the paying agency and the deadlines will run accordingly.

The ordered product is delivered to the address on the purchase order. In the event of a typing error, including an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, DISCOUNTOYS cannot be held responsible for the consequences in terms of delay or impossibility of delivery. All costs related to the re-shipment of products due to a customer entry error will be borne exclusively by the Customer.

Important: If the package arrives damaged you must report it immediately to the delivery staff and indicate that you are "expressing reservations following delivery" on the delivery order.

You have 7 working days after receiving your order to return a product that would not meet your expectations. You will then have to return the product in perfect condition to us, at your expense (return fees will not be refunded) in its original undamaged packaging with your contact details and the number of your order. Upon receipt of the goods, we will make the refund.

In case of absence or impossibility of delivery of your parcel (no guard,...), your parcel factor files a notice of passage stating the date and address of the post office where you can pick up your parcel upon presentation of an ID.

IMPORTANT: From the date mentioned on the pass notice, you have 15 days to pick up your package. After this time, it will be automatically returned to its sender.

The items provided by DISCOUNTOYS are new and guaranteed against any defects. They come from all the publishers and suppliers referenced. If an item is defective or non-compliant, we undertake to exchange it (within the limit of available stocks) or to refund it, provided it is returned to us in its original packaging at DISCOUNTOYS , 16 rue de Monttessuy 75007 Paris France

The buyer will lose the benefit of the guarantees in case of abnormal or abusive use of the property, repairs or any interventions performed by persons outside the seller or not approved by him or the manufacturer, or if these interventions have not complied with the instructions


The products on offer comply with current French legislation. As a distribution company, we cannot be held responsible for the differences that can arise between a publisher and a producer. We also cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery due to the publisher. The illustrations on the site were provided to us by the publishers, manufacturer and wholesalers who own or distribute them, we have not altered or modified them, so they are in line with the finished products sold on the site.

Legal guarantee:

In accordance with articles L 211-4 and the following of the Consumer Code, as well as articles 1641 and 1648 of the Civil Code, the Internet user also has a guarantee to return defective delivered products.

· Article L211-12 consumer code

The action resulting from the non-compliance is prescribed by two years from the issuance of the property.

· Article 1641 Civil Code

The seller is bound by the guarantee because of the hidden defects of the thing sold which make it unsuitable for the purpose to which it is intended, or which diminish this use so much, that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have given only a lower price, if he had known them.

· Article 1648 al 1st Civil Code

The action resulting from the defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years of the discovery of the defect.

Applicable law:

This contract is subject to French law, in accordance with European directives.

This is the case both for the substantive rules and for the rules of form. In the event of a dispute, the companies will prefer the settlement out of court.

This search for an amicable solution does not interrupt the time to act as collateral.

Otherwise, and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 46 to 48 of the NCPC, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction

Computerized records, stored in the computer systems of DISCOUNTOYS and its partners under reasonable security conditions, will be considered evidence of communications, orders and payments between the parties.


The archiving of purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium in order to correspond to a faithful and lasting copy in accordance with Article 1348 of the Civil Code.
