DISCOUNTOYS is a French company based in Paris. Our quality figurine shop specializes exclusively in the online sale of figurines and derivatives. You will find in particular the latest products released on the market such as SAINT SEIYA figurines derived from the Manga, figurines derived from video games, cartoons, cinema, TV series, and many others such as busts, high quality resin figurines. Our goal is to bring you and find even the rarest parts, at the best price. We share the same passion is what makes the difference!
How do I create my customer account?
It's as simple as that. Click "My Account" at the top right of the site. In the "Create your account" section, enter your email address and follow the instructions to complete your information (address, phone number, password, etc.).
Once you've created your account, all you need to do is log in using your email and the password you set when you sign up. This will give you access to your personal information, current orders and shopping cart.
I can't log in to my account, how do I do that?
First, make sure your email address and password don't contain any errors.
If you don't remember your password, there are two options:
You can check your registration confirmation email and find your password.
You can reset it by clicking on "forgotten password?" An email will then be sent to you. Follow the instructions, so you can replace your old password (5 characters minimum).

My order at the front desk is incomplete, what should I do?
If you find that your order is incomplete when you receive your package, don't panic. It may happen that a product is no longer in our stock when it was when your order was validated, so we have not been able to deliver it to you.
A confirmation email is sent to you automatically and we make a refund in case of payment by cheque. For a credit card payment, only the amount of goods shipped and shipping costs is charged.
There are four different states for the same product.
In stock: this product is stored with us in our structure, it is shipped within 48 hours
In stock (on order): this includes some Sideshow products. Under the title of the description, this indicates that the product is in stock at our supplier, and that we have the possibility to receive it and send it within 1 week.
Unavailable: We are out of stock, the product is no longer in our stock but will be again within two to three weeks after being delivered by the supplier.
Pre-order: These are items that we do not yet have in stock. You should know that today manufacturers sell their miniature figurines before they have even been made through the various distributors.
The availability dates mentioned for our articles correspond to the dates communicated by the manufacturers.
For this, we cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to manufacturers and suppliers of figurines or character products.
The advantage of pre-ordering is that you are sure to have this product by booking it in advance.
What are the shipping times for my order?
DISCOUNTOYS makes every effort to send you your order within 48 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday) for any credit card payment. For cheque payments, it takes 7 days.
Example: you place an order on Thursday morning, your parcel will be shipped on Thursday afternoon.
As soon as the package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number.
I chose the delivery in Colissimo but I'm not at home at the time of delivery, what happens?
If you are not at your home during delivery, the Post Post postman will put in your mailbox a notice of passage to pick up the parcel at La Poste. If the size of the package allows, it can be deposited directly in your mailbox.
Can I pick up my product from your structures?
Yes. Instead of ordering from the site, we advise you to call us directly to see the emoluments and get a date and appointment time on our premises.
